Counselling & Therapeutic Coaching in Sussex
Professional counselling and therapeutic coaching for adults, young people and couples across Sussex and throughout the UK.
September 6-Session Offer
For a limited time, I’m offering six individual 50-minute counselling sessions for £300 — six sessions for the price of five.
That’s a saving of £60 on my usual £60 session fee.
I specialise in working with neurodivergent adults, including ADHD, autism, dyslexia and those who have received a later diagnosis. I offer a warm, understanding and neurodiversity-affirming approach.
Sessions are available online or in person.
The offer is available to new individual clients booking during September. Sessions must be used within 8 weeks of the first session.
T&Cs apply. We’ll provide full details before booking and include them in your counselling agreement.
If you’d like to find out more or book your first session, please get in touch.

Who I Help
Every person arrives with a different story. Here's where I most often help.
Space to think clearly when life feels heavy, stuck or overwhelming.
Gentle, age-appropriate support through school, friendships and family change.
Slow down the arguments and rebuild understanding between you.
Affirming counselling and coaching for ADHD, autistic, dyslexic and RSD experiences.
Areas of Support
Choose any area to read a little more. If what you're carrying isn't listed, it's still welcome here.
Which is right for me?
Not sure which you need? We'll decide together in your free consultation — many people move between the two.
Understanding what's beneath
A reflective space to explore feelings, history and patterns — often where the past is still affecting the present.
Best if you need to be heard and understood before anything changes.
Moving towards what's next
A forward-focused blend of therapeutic insight and practical action, bridging where you are and where you want to be.
Best if you broadly know yourself and want momentum and accountability.
Specialism
You are not a problem to be solved. For neurodivergent individuals and couples, I offer a space where your wiring is understood rather than corrected — building practical strategies alongside real self-compassion.
In couples work, differences in communication and processing can quietly become conflict. Together we make those differences visible, so each of you can be heard.

Time, focus, impulsivity and the emotional side rarely talked about.
Identity, sensory needs, routine and communication differences.
Intense responses to perceived rejection, criticism or disapproval.
The cost of camouflaging, and what unmasking safely can look like.
Practical, body-aware strategies for overwhelm and shutdown.
Neurodivergent couples: translating needs across different wiring.
Late diagnosis, self-understanding and rewriting an old story.
How Therapy Works
Reaching out is often the hardest part. Here's exactly what happens next.
A relaxed phone or video call. No pressure, no commitment — just a chance to see how it feels to talk to me.
Our first full session. We explore what brings you here, what you'd like to be different, and how we'll work together.
Weekly 50-minute sessions, face-to-face in Heathfield or online. Consistent, confidential and led by what you need.
We review progress together, adapt as things shift, and finish when you feel ready — with more clarity than you arrived with.

Sessions are £60 for individuals and £90 for couples, with a free 15-minute telephone or video chat to begin. Daytime, evening and online appointments are available.
